Every barrel of their Single Barrel Bourbon offers a unique flavor profile yet they’re all high-rye, full-bodied Whiskeys that bring savory and spicy flavors to the table. Every bottle is bottled at cask strength and none of them are chill filtered. The Caskers staff personally picked barrel No. 8065 for you. Bottled at 51.85% ABV, this one features a mash bill of 65% corn, 30% rye, and 5% malted barley. It was aged for 4 years in 53-gallon toasted and charred new oak barrels.
