Sold with a beautiful sturdy black box with a pop open lid, 187 barrels of 100 proof whiskey were used for this limited run.     The jack Select idea kicked off in 2011 with this limited edition bottle when Jack  decided to build a “barrel tree” rather that erect a Christmas tree in front of the distillery in Lynchburg. This ‘barrel tree’ was over 8 metres tall and contained a stack of over 100 casks draped with tinsel, lights and a big star on top! This First Jack Daniels  Select 750mL 2011 Limited Edition weighs in at a whopping 50% (100 proof), the highest ABV ever produced by Jack Daniels.
